RULES AND OTHER IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION
- ALL BOATS COME WITH FULL TANK OF GAS YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU USE
- When lake winds are in excess of 20mph ALL BOAT RENTALS MAY BE CANCELLED.
- No Smoking
- NO PETS THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
- Everyone must have a Personal Floating Device (PFD) (we provide)
- Children 13 and under or 90lbs must wear Personal Floating Device at all times (we provided most sizes)
- Must be at 25 and over to rent with a valid driver’s license
- We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone
- $500 Credit Card Deposit due at time of reservation
- Late Charges are $150 plus an additional $30.00 for every 15 minutes late. ANYTHING OVER TWO HOURS LATE IS AN AUTOMATIC FOREFEIT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT PLUS LATE FEES.
- For full refund of your deposit, call 7 days prior to reservation date.
- NO CALL, NO SHOW. You will lose your deposit.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL THERE ARE NO REFUND
